Vehicle Repairs and Total Loss

When you use either our Personal Injury Service or Hire Service, we are able to help you with your damaged vehicle, whether it needs to be repaired or is a 'write off'.

Assessing the Damage

We only use experienced independent engineers, who are members of the Expert Witness Institute, to assess the damage on your motor vehicle. This ensures that the correct repairs are carried out to your vehicle or if your vehicle is ‘written off’ you recover the true value of your vehicle, not an insurance company trade value.

Repairs

We are able to organise the repairs to your vehicle at your chosen repairer or if you do not have a repairer in mind, we can recommend a repairer for you to go to.

Total Loss

If your vehicle is deemed a total loss, we can arrange for the pre-accident value of your vehicle to be recovered.

Salvage

We can dispose of your vehicle in the event that you do not want to keep the salvage of your vehicle.

Recovery and Storage Charges

If your vehicle had to be recovered from the roadside, you are liable for the cost of the recovery agents charges.

We can arrange for these charges you have incurred to be discharged as part of your claim.
